in the form of:

Albion® Magnesium bisglycinate chelate – 830mg
Magnesium bisglycinate dihydrate – 430mg

Excipient Ingredients:  Maltodextrin, Magnesium bisglycinate chelate, Magnesium bisglycinate dihydrate, Acidity regulator (Citric acid), Magnesium citrate, Flavourings, Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide), Sweeteners (Steviol glycosides from Stevia and Enzymatically produced steviol glycosides), Colour (Quinoline Yellow).
How to use

Adults: Take one (1) 5g scoop per day with 200-250ml of water. Shake well. Consume 30-60 mins before sleep.
