What service packages are available?
Complete service – From $400
• Thorough wash of frame and components
• Ultrasonic cleaning of the chain
• Relubricate chain (oil or wax)
• Clean and lubricate brake pistons
• Align brake callipers
• Align derailleur hanger and tune gears
• Check all bolts for correct manufacturer torque
• Check components for wear (chain, cassette, tires and sealant, etc)
• Service headset, hubs, bottom bracket
• Firmware update
• Test ride
*Additional labour & parts will incur an extra cost.
Race Prep Service – From $200
• Thorough wash and lubricate chain (oil or wax)
• Align brake callipers
• Align derailleur hanger and tune gears
• Check all bolts for correct manufacturer torque
• Check components for wear (chain, cassette, tires and sealant, etc)
• Test ride

What other services do you provide?
Custom Bike Build – From $500
• Custom Build of complete bicycle from Frameset and individual parts
• Parts extra
Strip & Rebuild – From $650
• Stripping of existing bicycle and rebuilding on to a new frame.
• Includes cleaning of existing used parts
• Parts including new hoses etc, extra.
New Bike Build from Boxed Bike – $200
• Build of complete bicycle from box.
• Only for bikes that are semi built from the manufacturer, for additional build requirements, please see Custom Bike Build above.
* Additional parts required incur extra fee.
Immersion Wax Chain – $50
• Ultrasonic clean of chain and immersion wax application (does not include cost of new chain if required)
• Includes new quicklink for chain based on type
Box/Pack/Unpack Bike for Travel – $100
• Pack bike in to customer provided bike box, or cardboard box that can be supplied via shop (subject to pre booking/availability)
• Alternatively; unpacking of bike from travel.
Tubeless Tyre Setup – $45 per tyre
• Includes Sealant
• Does not include parts such as Tyres, Valves or Rim Tape if required.
Insurance Assessment & Quote – $100
• Thorough assessment of damaged bicycle including quote for insurance
• Cost can be applied as a credit towards the purchase of replacement parts/labour when quote is proceeded with.
Installation of Parts – POA
